Here goes nothin...

So here goes nothin... I'm starting the HCG diet today! I'll keep u posted on how it goes THE GOOD BAD AND UGLY :)

Day 1: 160lbs the HCG burns under my tongue a lil bit but not bad and it doesn't taste bad (big plus)

    Good luck!! It's the worst diet on earth...but you'll do great! It made really crabby..I couldn't hack it!
