Day 7: 155lbs (-6)

Ok 7 days and I've lost 6 pounds... when I put it that way I'm pretty sure I could do this forever LOL really the diet isn't that hard @ all and the pounds I'm dropping are keeping up the motivation that's for sure! Ill bet by next week ill feel so much better after not eating crap that it won't be hard @ all to keep goin! I NEED TO DRINK MORE WATER AND ILL LOOSE MORE THOUGH!
